In addition to the familiar aviation standards, the naval requirement call for standards relating to vibration, EMC, Mil Spec, shock and class classification. Our bespoke capabilities allows the customization and optimization of prime real estates on board naval ships and FPSOs.

We are proud to be associated with the Royal Malaysian Navy/DCNS designed Littoral Combat Ship Program and also to be part with the Catcher FPSO which will be operating at North Sea for Premier Oil. The design of our Jet Fuel Refueling systems comes with various options

  1. Deluge or foam systems integrated to the Helicopter Refueling System
  2. Decanting Pump
  3. Eletric or Pneumatic driven pumps
  4. De-fueling options
  5. Jetisson
  6. Any specific lay-down or dispensing requirement
  7. Specific requirement for containment and control of discharge

The Design of the systems are dependent on location and classification rules that govern the requirement such as DNV, ABS, Norsok or USCG. For offshore requirement, we comply to CAP 437, IMDG and IMO requirements. Our filtration requirement meets the Energy Institute Standards.

Besides the capability to do pressure refueling, our designs include the Helicopter in Hover Hot Refueling (HIFR). Both control and monitoring for the system is both local and stand alone as well as having the capability to being integrated to the ship's Integrated Platform Management Systems (IPMS).
