Helicopter Refueling System (HRS)

Our engineers are well versed in CAP 437 and the various classification society design and manufacturing requirement i.e ABS, DNV, BV & NK.  We can design to CE requirement and have experience designing for the North Sea. Our GV60 HRS is specifically  Type Approved by ABS.

Dispensing Units

Within the skid is the dispensing equipment necessary to ensure that Jet-A1 fuel is delivered safely to the helicopter. The skid contains equipment for filtration, flow measurement, the related nozzles and control systems. 

Follows CAP 437 and various classification society requirement depending on your ship's requirement.

Pump Skid

The Pump Unit connects to the JET A-1 tanks and transfers the fuel to the Dispensing Unit.
The Pump Unit can be either electrical or pneumatic driven. Follows CAP 437 and various classification society requirement depending on your ship's requirement.

Jet A1 Transportable Tanks - T4 - DNV 2.7-1

The Jet A1 Transportable tanks is designed and built in accordance to the IMDG code under chapter 6.7 for the transportation of Dangerous Goods.
